Get Started

We’re so happy you’re interested in getting started at CrossFit LJE! There are multiple ways for you to get started depending on your current experience level. If you’re brand new to the world of CrossFit, you have two options to get started; a 1-on-1 or a group introductory period. If you have previous CrossFit experience, you can skip the introductions and come join us whenever you’re ready. During your introductory period, our CrossFit Level 2 coach will familiarize you with the basics in terms of movements, workouts, nutrition and the gym culture.

Below you’ll find our best options to get started today. Check them out and decide which one makes the most sense for you, fill out the form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours! It’s that simple. If the options below don’t fit your needs or schedule, let us know and we can work something out; we’re nothing if not flexible!

The fastest and best way to get started at CrossFit LJE. You’ll have 3 sessions with our CrossFit Level 2 Coach in which you’ll learn everything you need to know in terms of jumping in to our regularly scheduled classes and then some. You’ll be taught the foundational movements and the olympic lifts all while getting familiar with our class format. By the end of your sessions, you’ll be 100% ready and comfortable to join our amazing community. Also included is our top notch nutritional coaching to help shape your goals and get you started on your new, incredible journey.

Cost for this option is $150. Included in this cost are the following:

  • Body composition screening on our Tanita scale
    • Find out your current body fat % as well as a host of other incredibly beneficial information
  • 3-1 hour personal sessions with our head coach (CrossFit Level 2)
  • Personal nutrition coaching and guidance
    • Tailored to your lifestyle based on your Tanita scale results
  • Unlimited class membership for 30 days
    • Your 30 days begins after your first session.
    • After your initial session you are able to attend normal classes, which will allow us to tailor your second and third sessions based on your strengths and weaknesses.

Do you have a friend or 4 that are interested in getting into CrossFit with you? Or would you prefer to learn in a group rather than 1-on-1? Our Group Introduction option would be perfect for you. We cap our group size at 5 so we don’t lose the personal attention. You’ll attend 3 classes a week for 2 weeks with your group before being allowed to join our regularly scheduled classes. Our group introduction classes are currently run on Monday & Wednesday at 7:30 pm and Friday at 6:30 pm.

Cost for this option is $100. Included in this cost are the following:

  • Body composition screening on our Tanita scale
    • Find out your current body fat % as well as a host of other incredibly beneficial information
  • 6 small group classes with our head coach (CrossFit Level 2)
  • Personal nutrition coaching and guidance
    • Tailored to your lifestyle based on your Tanita scale results
  • Unlimited class membership for 14 days
    • Your 14 days begins after your last group session
