Scoring Overview

  • Workouts with a time cap are scored by adding 1 second to the time cap per rep remaining
  • First place finish awards 1 point, second place awards 2 points, etc
  • 1 point added for each workout that is completed scaled
  • The lower the score, the better
  • Any ties will be broken based on number of first place finishes throughout the workouts
  • If a tie still exists, they will be broken by lower number of workouts completed scaled
