Premier Membership Benefits
As a Premier Member, you’ll receive a handful of exclusive benefits. First and foremost, you’ll be receiving a year’s worth of Unlimited classes for the price of 11 months. This means that even if you miss a couple weeks due to vacation, sickness or any other reason, you’re still coming out ahead. On top of that, you’ll receive the following benefits as a thank you for being such a dedicated member of CrossFit LJE:
- 1 personal hour per month to work with our Head Coach. Nutrition discussion, goal setting, form work, personal training – anything you can think of!
- Sit down with our Head Coach and develop your own personal benchmark workout that the gym will perform at least 3 times a year.
Frequently Asked Questions
With the single/double, do I have to attend the same classes every week?
No! You’re allowed to switch up which classes you take each week. It’s a cheap way to figure out what classes you like.
Why isn’t CrossFit included with my single/double membership?
Because of how CrossFit works, we disallow anyone to come to our CrossFit classes less than 3 times a week. Not to mention you’ll see the best results when attending 3-5 times per week.
We will, however, allow you to give CrossFit a shot if you’re a single/double member. Just talk to one of our coaches and we’ll help you choose the best day to try it out!
I have no CrossFit experience, can I still come?
You can, but you’ll have to attend one of our introductory programs first. You can see your options and learn more by clicking here. If you’ve gone through an on-ramp class at a different gym or have attended CrossFit classes at another affiliate, you can skip the introduction.
Express vs CrossFit? What’s the difference?
In the simplest terms, Express is all about efficiency while CrossFit is all about intensity. While the workouts are similar, the longer time frame of our regular CrossFit classes are more conducive to becoming a better athlete. CrossFit we spend more time on mobility, strength and learning the movements/techniques. Express we get even the busiest of people an incredible workout.
What are specialty classes? Open gym?
Every month or so we run some specialty clinics or classes based on what we as coaches believe our members could benefit from. Olympic Lifing clinics, running clinics, rowing clinics, gymnastic clincs, etc. Anyone, even non-members can attend, however the price of the clinic is only included in our Unlimited Memberships.

Getspartanfit.com is our member’s only website filled to the brim with everything you could possibly need outside of classes to get, be and stay successful on your wellness journey. With everything from nutrition advice to recipes to a massive database of hotel/traveling workouts and so much more, you’ll always be kept up to date with our wealth of knowledge as long as you maintain your membership status with CrossFit LJE.

No! All our memberships are month to month and you can cancel at anytime.
