Our goal is simple. We want to create a place where anyone, regardless of their background, can come in and become the best possible version of themselves and thoroughly enjoy doing it. Anyone can coach the ones that want it, but we’re here for the ones that need it. Everyone has a different Day 1. There’s no one-size fits all approach. No one understands that more than us. Our end game isn’t to make you a better athlete, although that will be a side-effect. Our end game is to make you a better person. Give us the time and we promise to change your life.
Our #Getspartanfit Programming Philosophy
Sometimes less is more and that’s no more evident than in our conditioning-based programming. We take an hour (or half-hour for our expressers) and turn it into the best hour of your day in the simplest way possible. You’ll work hard, we can guarantee that, but the hard work will be fun. You’ll warm-up next to some of your best friends (or soon to be), be guided through the upcoming movements by our outstanding staff before pushing yourself past limits you never thought possible. We wrap up our days by cooling down, talking and laughing about life and how much we hate burpees before heading home feeling a million times better than when you walked through our doors, guaranteed.
Spent the last 20 years in a cubicle or on the couch? No problem! The knowledge of our staff makes scaling our workouts possible to anyone’s current fitness level. We’re want you to be 100% comfortable. You’ll never be forced into something you’re not ready for.
