Randy Foster

Randy is responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and coordination of all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for Milestone and its subsidiaries, as well as projects focused on operational improvements.

He joined Milestone as Health and Safety Director in 2015. Prior to joining the company, he served as Division HSE Manager at Nuverra Environmental Solutions, and as HSE Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc. Before that he was Wastewater Facility Manager at Environmental Management Corporation, a subsidiary of American Water. Randy began his career in the U.S. Army.

Randy earned a Certificate of Environmental Engineering Technology from San Jacinto College North, an associate’s degree in both industrial hygiene management and occupational safety & health technology/management from San Antonio College, and his bachelor’s degree in management and leadership from Northland College. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in occupational health and safety/environmental management from Columbia Southern University. Randy is a Safety, Health and Environmental Professional (SHEP), Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), and Occupational Safety and Health Technician (OSHT).

He lives with his family in San Antonio and enjoys researching World War II history, gardening/landscaping, camping, and hiking.
